Biosketch

Chercheuse post-doctorante au sein de l’équipe 6 - Biomarqueurs, Environnement, Santé (BES) de IMBE, mes thématiques de recherche concernent l’impact sur la santé humaine des nanomatériaux (NM) et des nanoparticules (NP) dispersés dans l’environnement.

Mes études sont centrées sur l’analyse du dommage à l’ADN (fragmentation, perte de chromosomes, mutagénèse, …) que potentiellement peut dériver suite à l’exposition aux NM et aux NP. L’étude de la génotoxicité est accompagnée aussi par l’analyse des propriétés physico-chimiques des NM et des NP, des changements auxquelles ils sont confrontés après avoir été libérés dans l’environnement, mais également par la compréhension des mécanismes qu’induisent la génotoxicité (stress oxydatif, internalisation, apoptose et nécrose, inflammation, …). J’ai autant des très bonnes compétences en études de cytotoxicité et carcinogenèse, microscopie et cytométrie, en utilisant des modèles in vitro (2D et 3D) et ex vivo.
J’ai travaillé avec différents types de NP allant de celles d’origine atmosphérique à celles utilisés comme additifs alimentaires et des peintures, de celles qui présentent des propriétés antimicrobiennes et antifongiques à celles potentiellement issues des réacteurs à fusion thermonucléaire.

Actuellement je travaille sur le développement d’un test in vitro de mutagenèse applicable à la surveillance d’hommes et de femmes exposés aux NP, qu’il s’agisse d’expositions iatrogènes, professionnelles ou environnementales.

J’ai acquis mes compétences techniques et scientifiques lors d’une mobilité internationale entre Italie, Allemagne, Suisse et France.

J’ai travaillé en tant que « work-package leader » lors de plusieurs projets européens. J’ai donc acquis une bonne maitrise en la rédaction de « milestones&deliverables » ainsi que de « progress reports ». Je maitrise aussi la rédaction de manuscrits pour de revues à comité de lecture internationale et la présentation de projets et des résultats sous forme orale et affichée

J’ai encadré plusieurs étudiants en stage de Licence, M1 et M2, et j’ai aussi coordonné les activités de plusieurs assistants techniques
