SUMMARY:Une école d’été pour reconnaître la Méditerranée comme sujet de droit
DESCRIPTION:Face à la dégradation alarmante de la biodiversité marine\, une école d’été inédite se tiendra au premier semestre 2025\, avant la conférence UNOC3 à Nice. Portée par le projet interdisciplinaire MerMéd\, cette initiative vise à sensibiliser étudiants et professionnels à la reconnaissance de la Méditerranée comme une entité naturelle sujet de droit. Malgré de nombreux textes juridiques existants\, la mer reste insuffisamment protégée\, fragmentée par des lois nationales incohérentes. L’objectif : construire un consensus méditerranéen et promouvoir une approche unifiée\, écologique et juridique. Des enseignants\, chercheurs\, praticiens et artistes animeront les sessions\, mêlant droit et création. L’école accueillera principalement des étudiants de Master d’AMU et de Toulon\, mais aussi du Maghreb.
