combinant \u00e9troitement quatre grands types d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments structurants de notre Unit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Des collectifs auxquels sont rattach\u00e9s les membres de l\u2019IMBE<\/strong>:<ul><li><strong>8 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/fr\/recherche\/equipes-de-recherche\/\"><strong>\u00e9quipes de recherche<\/strong><\/a>, lieu de l\u2019activit\u00e9 scientifique disciplinaire,<\/li><li><strong>5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/fr\/techniques\/\">p\u00f4les techniques subdivis\u00e9s en services<\/a>,<\/strong> transversaux \u00e0 l\u2019Unit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/fr\/recherche\/thematiques\/\">axes th\u00e9matiques<\/a>, f\u00e9d\u00e9rant les membres des diff\u00e9rents collectifs<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Ces 5 axes sont le support de l\u2019animation et des synergies scientifiques de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 des collectifs, et d\u00e9finissent des fronts de sciences communs.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/fr\/limbe\/commissions\/\"> cellules, commissions<\/a> et r\u00e9f\u00e9rents, accomplissant des missions transverses<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Ils environnement les activit\u00e9s scientifiques et techniques de l\u2019IMBE au niveau logistique, accompagnement humain, politiques particuli\u00e8res de l\u2019Unit\u00e9.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Des conseils et comit\u00e9s assurant la gouvernance de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019IMBE<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Les conseil d\u2019unit\u00e9, comit\u00e9 de pilotage et conseil scientifique, compl\u00e9mentaires dans leurs pr\u00e9rogatives, conseillent et orientent le comit\u00e9 de
