As part of the Scaled and Resilience project<\/a>We are starting to install squirrel hair collectors in the Marseille landscape. The aim is to continue the studies carried out on the landscapes of Aix, Montpellier and the Alpilles. As part of our landscape genetics approach to identifying the respective roles of habitat quantity and configuration on movements (gene flow) in red squirrels (Sciurus vulgaris<\/em>). The revisit of the collectors is managed by the Scaled team (Victorine Demiralp (ITA), C\u00e9cile Albert (CR) and Clara Saillard (intern)). POPCO team<\/a>) but also by volunteers. Thanks to their commitment, 2 collectors have been installed at St J\u00e9r\u00f4me and 2 others at Joseph Aiguier. The next area to be covered is Lille (59).<\/p>
