{"id":10221,"date":"2026-02-18T11:04:24","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T10:04:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=10221"},"modified":"2026-02-18T11:10:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T10:10:01","slug":"gerer-la-biodiversite-fonctionnelle-dans-les-paysages-agricoles-11%e1%b5%89-rencontre-lmfb-a-avignon","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/en\/evenement\/gerer-la-biodiversite-fonctionnelle-dans-les-paysages-agricoles-11%e1%b5%89-rencontre-lmfb-a-avignon\/","title":{"rendered":"Managing functional biodiversity in agricultural landscapes - 11\u1d49 LMFB meeting in Avignon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"715\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lmfb2026.symposium.inrae.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meetings of the \u00abLandscape Management for Functional Biodiversity\" working group<\/a>\u00bb(LMFB) of the\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iobc-global.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">International Organisation for Biological and Integrated Control<\/span><\/span> <\/a>(IOBC\/WPRS) will be held in Avignon, in the south of France.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"715\">Co-organised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/en\/annuaire\/armin-bischoff\/\">Armin Bischoff<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/en\/annuaire\/olivier-blight\/\">Olivier Blight<\/a> (team <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/en\/ecologie-ecotoxicologie-chimie-appliquees-a-lagroecologie-et-a-la-restauration\/\">EECAR-IMBE-Avignon University<\/a>) in partnership with the\u2019<span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">INRAE<\/span><\/span>, These biennial meetings, which bring together around a hundred European participants, most of whom are non-French speakers, are a must for researchers working on the management of functional biodiversity in agricultural landscapes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"715\">The aim is to share the latest advances in crop protection against pests, pathogens and weeds, based on functional biodiversity, and to discuss methods for monitoring and preserving biodiversity in agro-ecosystems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1626\">The programme will focus on regulating pests, improving pollination and diversifying habitats and plant resources conducive to functional biodiversity, whatever the spatial scale or type of cropping system.
