Gender stereotypes, social barriers and limiting representations still too often influence career choices and career paths, depriving society of innovative and diversified potential. Visit <strong>Women and Science\u00ab days\u00bb<\/strong> are devoted to exploring this crucial interface between <strong>diversity, inclusion and scientific excellence<\/strong>. They highlight the careers of women scientists from a wide range of backgrounds, while analysing the practical ways in which access to STEM careers can be promoted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This second edition<\/strong>, This event, which follows on from the first one organised in the Comoros, is part of a drive to continue and strengthen the actions already underway. Coordinated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/en\/annuaire\/charifat-said-hassane\/\">Charifat Said Hassane<\/a>, (team <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/en\/recherche\/equipes-de-recherche\/ecosom-ecologie-fonctionnelle-des-systemes-socioecologiques-aux-molecules\/\">Functional ecology: from socio-ecological systems to molecules<\/a>\/IMBE), this event mobilises interdisciplinary approaches, combining testimonials, academic research, feedback and practical workshops, to <strong>understanding the obstacles, promoting inspiring models and proposing workable solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Firmly focused on impact, these days are about more than just making observations.
