In response to the alarming degradation of marine biodiversity, a unique summer school will be held in the first half of 2025, prior to the UNOC3 conference in Nice. Supported by the interdisciplinary MerM\u00e9d project, this initiative aims to raise awareness among students and professionals of the need to recognise the Mediterranean as a natural entity that is subject to law. Despite numerous existing legal texts, the sea remains insufficiently protected, fragmented by incoherent national laws. The aim is to build a Mediterranean consensus and promote a unified ecological and legal approach. Teachers, researchers, practitioners and artists will lead the sessions, combining law and creation. The school will be attended mainly by Masters students from AMU and Toulon, but also from North Africa. It's an innovative approach that will bring about an essential change in outlook.<\/p>\n
