Pourtant, <strong>la culture de la vigne (<em><span class=\"moz-txt-underscore\">Vitis vinifera<\/span><\/em>) repose encore largement sur l\u2019utilisation de pesticides<\/strong>, notamment le sulfate de cuivre contenu dans la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre bouillie bordelaise, utilis\u00e9e comme fongicide. Si ce produit prot\u00e8ge efficacement les vignes contre certaines maladies, il peut \u00e9galement affecter des organismes du sol essentiels au bon fonctionnement des agro\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/amu.hal.science\/hal-05489517v1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/a> de Flor Regus, C\u00e9line Pelosi, Rayhane Hamrouni, Isabelle Laffont Schwob, Nawal Rochdi, Pascale Prudent, Lisa Foli, Yoan Labrousse et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/fr\/annuaire\/anne-marie-farnet-da-silva\/\">Anne-Marie Farnet Da Silva<\/a>, publi\u00e9e dans <em>Biological Agriculture &amp; Horticulture,<\/em> explore une alternative <br \/>prometteuse : le biocontr\u00f4le \u00e0 base de <em><span class=\"moz-txt-underscore\">Trichoderma asperellum<\/span><\/em>, un micro-organisme capable de produire des compos\u00e9s antifongiques.<\/p><p>Les auteurs ont compar\u00e9 les effets sur un sol viticole du sulfate de cuivre, d\u2019un cocktail de biocontr\u00f4le, et de leur combinaison, en suivant pendant 30 jours l\u2019activit\u00e9 microbienne du sol et certains marqueurs du ver de terre <em>Aporrectodea caliginosa<\/em> (biomasse, reproduction).<\/p><p><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que le biocontr\u00f4le n\u2019a aucun effet d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re et peut m\u00eame stimuler l\u2019activit\u00e9 microbienne et la croissance des vers de terre. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, le sulfate de cuivre r\u00e9duit la biomasse microbienne et affecte la reproduction des vers de terre.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Les solutions de biocontr\u00f4le pourraient ainsi repr\u00e9senter une voie prometteuse pour concilier protection des cultures et sant\u00e9 des sols.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-606a01b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"606a01b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4144799 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"4144799\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-768x1024.jpeg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-10513\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-scaled.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-9x12.jpeg 9w, https:\/\/www.imbe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/AMF-actu-1320x1760.jpeg 1320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Viticulture et sant\u00e9 des sols : vers des alternatives au cuivre ?
