Researches
Since 2002, the year of the publication of my first phylogeny, I produced several phylogenic and phylogeographic results. The question of origins, the relationships among species and populations make evolution REAL and give a sense of the epic story of biodiversity.
These last years I developped my bioinformartics skills to assembly and analyses of RADseq and Hybseq data which is our main method to adress phylogenomic or population genomic issues for non-model organisms.
My new projects (2023 and beyond) deal with species delimitation, introgression and conservation.
My papers are on HAL alex-baumel
Ordination of Armeria sp. genotypes from Baumel et al. 2020, a population genetic approach applied to the conservation of incipient species.
