Short Outline

My main scientific production is related to the question of the origins approached by phylogeography and molecular phylogenetics, but I’m also interested in wildlife and biodiversity science in general.

I teach and taught several topics: plant biology, population biology, population genetics, conservation, phylogeography, molecular systematics, method of learning and writing, the scientific method in ecology, community ecology, niche ecology and multivariate methods of data analysis, etc...

My office and lab is at the station marine d’Endoume in Marseille.

In my other life I’m living with my wife and my son in Marseille, also climbing, hiking and reading a lot.
