I am an IRD (Research Institute for Development) researcher integrated to the Mediterranean Institute of Biodiversity and Ecology (IMBE). First, I studied solid state fermentation for agro-industrial sub-products valorisation in IRD (former ORSTOM) center of Montpellier and in Metropolitan Autonomous University (MAU) of Mexico for enzymes and aroma compounds production. Then I worked on biofiltration of air polluted gases in IRD research group in Luminy Campus of AMU and in MAU again. Back to Marseille, I studied hyperthermophilic microorganisms for aromatic compound degradation in aerobiosis and hydrogen production in anaerobiosis in Mediterranean Institute of Oceanography (MIO).
I am now working at IMBE on the biofertilizer production through solid state fermentation of forest litter completed with agro-material sub-products for sustainable agriculture.
