Biodiversity, Ecosystems

After training in population genetics, I turned to bioinformatics, which has become an essential discipline in biology. My interests revolve around the description and analysis of biodiversity using high-throughput sequencing.

I work in bioinformatics to analyse biodiversity-related data and develop sequence analysis tools. More specifically, I am developing metabarcoding tools and the creation of reference databases that can be adapted according to project and taxonomic field.
