International Field School on Port Alien Species - Tunisia, 15-21 November 2025

The International Field School on Port Alien Species will be held from 15 to 21 November 2025 in Tunisia, jointly organised by the Amidex Interdisciplinarity programme POMMAR (coordination: C. Lejeusne) and the’National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia (INAT).

This event brings together experts from various taxonomic groups to give lectures and lead practical laboratory activities. The aim is to train participants to identification of the most common biofouling species (biological fouling) in marinas, with a special emphasis on non-native (exotic) species.

This school offers a unique opportunity to acquire practical skills and exchange ideas with international specialists on the management and monitoring of marine alien species.
