Currently a PhD student on a CIFRE thesis with VANALYSE, an independent analysis laboratory specialising in spice quality control.

My thesis topic is entitled: Authentication of spices by non-targeted processing of physico-chemical data.

In June 2025, I took part in the HelioSPIR conference, where I gave an oral presentation on part of my research work.

I also have an accepted publication (Determination of Water Content in Vanilla Pods and Powder Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) on the journal “Advances in Nutrition & Food Science”(https://www.opastpublishers.com/journal/advances-in-nutrition-food-science/articles-in-press)

Two other publications were also submitted.
