My work focuses on the following points

Metabolomics, Natural products, Food ecology
Implementation of analytical techniques such as infrared, NMR and chromatographic methods, capable of detecting variations in the response of metabolites present in samples of biological origin. As these data are complex, the use of multivariate statistical analyses of the multiblock type is essential for the determination of potential biological markers.

Food ecology is an interdisciplinary approach to an emerging problem. This issue is closely linked to ecology, global and technological change, and includes biodiversity as a reservoir of innovation. My research, which is rooted in the concept of environmental health, aims to support changes in nutrition and agricultural practices with a view to environmental conservation.
